Optional — interaction and campaign history

The following Odoo values may be used when the relevant feature or campaign link is active:

• utm_campaign, utm_source and utm_medium: identify the campaign or referral information that brought a visitor to the website.

• im_livechat_previous_operator: helps preserve continuity with a previous live-chat operator if live chat is enabled.

These values are retained for a limited period determined by the relevant Odoo feature. The main website continues to work if you decline them.

4. ANALYTICS

Colsec currently uses Plausible Analytics for aggregated, privacy-focused website measurement. Plausible is designed to provide traffic insights without using conventional analytics cookies or creating cross-site advertising profiles. Google Analytics and Google advertising cookies are not currently enabled on this website.

If our analytics configuration changes or another analytics provider begins placing cookies, we will update this policy and, where required, request consent before enabling it.

5. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT AND SERVICES

Some pages may contain services supplied by third parties, such as embedded media, maps or social features. Those services may attempt to set their own cookies or collect connection data. Our Odoo consent settings are configured to block tracking third-party services until consent is given where applicable. Once enabled, the third party’s own privacy and cookie terms also apply.
